Greg Welch joined Calypso Medical Technologies, Inc.with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning working with a wide variety of companies.

Prior to joining Calypso Medical, Mr. Welch served as president of The Learning Fellowship, a strategic planning and organizational development consulting firm where his projects encompassed organizational design and renewal, culture change, team building, management and leadership development, diversity training, and conflict management. Mr. Welch applied his expertise to a wide range of enterprises including the American Consulting Engineers Council, Apple Computer, AT&T, AT&T Wireless, Boeing, Ford Motor Company, General Foods, Kenworth Truck Co., Simpson Timber, and the United Way of America.

Mr. Welch holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in an interdisciplinary program of psychology, anthropology and sociology from Harvard College.
